    I want to love this little black dress

    My friend recommended this brand and I was keen to try it for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately the dress is too big (yes I looked at the measurements). I have emailed three times to try and exchange for a smaller size but NO REPLY. I am extremely disappointed as left with an expensive item I cannot wear. Please do not advertise that you can exchange within 30 days if you do not reply to emails. I wanted to purchase more items but you may have lost a keen shopper.
